Slumber Safari at Werribee Open Range Zoo offers a truly memorable out of Africa overnight experience just 30 minutes from Melbourne.
Hosted by expert guides Slumber Safari includes amazing close up animal encounters, a personally guided safari tour, drinks and dips at sunset, a sumptuous dinner and awesome night-time activities including night tours, toasting marshmallows around the evening campfire and a delicious supper of scones, jam and cream.
You will arise from your luxury tent to enjoy watching the animals on the African savannah awaken. A buffet breakfast is served as you take in the view.
The Slumber Safari camp offers a luxurious overnight experience with stunning canvas tents, each with their own en-suite and purpose-built balcony overlooking the Werribee River and the Zoo's African savannah. The camp design has an authentic and earthy touch and with just eight tents in total, you share this amazing experience with just a few others.
